salutation n sex??

today went to haf lunch with lulu at coffee club-taka... then i have the yummy sinful cheesy mushroom pie... haha....i just crave for it somehow... hee hee..... when we pay for the bill... they gave us the feedback form and lulu decided to complain about their slow service....

when it comes to the end, there is

Mr/Mrs/Ms:__________________ Sex: Male/Female

then the question is: why do u nid to know the sex if u already ask them to circle the salutation??? u mean we can do things like this....

Ms Sharon Lim Sex: Male (just had sex-changed?) whaahhahahahaa.....
